A world where young people rediscover purpose through the origins of play.

Providing young leaders aged 15 to 17 the grounding to understand why sport matters. To them, to their community, and to the world they are inheriting.

WHAT WE DO

Closing the gap between passion and purpose.

One All works at the intersection of sport, education, and development - with young people directly, through the organisations that surround them, and across the sectors that shape how sport is experienced in communities around the world.

We have been doing this work since 2017. With young people representing 60+ countries. At every level of sport. In schools, national sporting bodies, and alongside fellow NGOs in this space.

What connects all of it is a single conviction: that sport, when held with care, is one of the most powerful foundations a young person can have.

ABOUT ONE ALL →

In an age of polycrisis and information overload, an ancestral grounding does not just educate. It calms. It orients. That is a genuinely rare and powerful thing to offer young leaders today.

WHAT MAKES ONE ALL DIFFERENT

Grounded in something ancient.

Nearly a decade of work has taught us something. The most powerful thing we can offer young leaders is not a framework or a curriculum. It is a grounding. In something older than any league or development agenda. In the origins of play itself.

An Ancestral Remembrance

Sport did not begin with leagues or rankings. It began as a way of belonging - to each other, to place, tosomething larger.  Origins of Play is a return to that knowledge. Not nostalgia, but remembrance.

Built for the Imagination Gap

Young leaders feel deeply about sport. Origins of Play gives them the history, the language, and the story to articulate why it matters, to themselves, to their community, and to the world.

Structural Equity, Built In.

For every paid place, one free place is fully funded. This is not a goodwill gesture. It is a founding commitment. The 1-1 model is not what we do. It is who we are.

One Programme. Every Sport.

Origins of Play was built for any young leader who loves sport, whatever they play, wherever they play it. The experience crosses sectors, institutions, and geographies. Because there is only one all.
WHO WE WORK WITH

Working together across silos.

Sport does not belong to one sector.

It belongs to schools and academies, to community clubs and sport associations, to NGOs and development organisations.

Young people move through all of these spaces. One All was built to move with them - offering the same grounding, the same programme, and the same founding commitment to equity, regardless of context. Because the foundation we are trying to give young leaders does not change depending on who is delivering it.

One Foundation. Every Context.

Whether you work in education, sport, or development - find out how One All works with organisations like yours.

I used to think that the 11-a-side was so big when we got to play on it. After this experience, I feel I am part of something much much bigger.
